Mindfulness Based Cognitive Therapy

  • Mindfulness is the cornerstone to most forms of therapy

  • It is the awareness of paying attention to the present moment, without judgement

  • It is a simple concept, but building a consistent practice is not always easy!

  • Mindfulness Based Cognitive therapy has been proven through neuroscience research to increase our quality of life.

Somatic Yoga & Breathwork

  • A key element in the healing process is the body.

  • We subconsciously store unwanted emotions, memories & trauma within the body

  • Using powerful yoga and breath-work practices we will move to shift and release the emotional tension stored within the cells

  • Bringing mind, body & soul into harmony

  • Positive Psychology is the sister science to mindfulness

  • Using techniques like gratitude and affirmations, we can capitalise on the things that make life worth living

We facilitate yoga and mindfulness retreats each year to a limited group. Our retreats are hosted in Cape Town, South Africa, and Ireland.

About In The Now Mindfulness

In the Now Mindfulness key Facilitator is Rachel Bhandal, a holistic energy healer from Ireland. Rachel has travelled the world facilitating spaces of healing and transcendence through Mindfulness Based Cognitive Therapy and Somatic Yoga since 2021.
