About In The Now Mindfulness
In the Now Mindfulness key Facilitator is Rachel Bhandal, a holistic energy healer from Ireland. Rachel has travelled the world facilitating spaces of healing and transcendence through Mindfulness Based Cognitive Therapy and Somatic Yoga since 2021.
