Meet Rachel Bhandal

Rachel, a holistic energy healer from Ireland, has travelled the world facilitating spaces of healing and transcendence through Mindfulness Based Cognitive Therapy and Somatic Yoga since date.

Her passion is to help anyone struggling with their mental health or suffering from unresolved trauma. For almost a decade she battled with her mental health. At the cusp of her own healing journey she found Mindfulness, and with it - a new lease of life.

Since then, she has been on a journey of self discovery, studying the integrative practices that helped her and allowed her to step into her purpose as an agent of change. Her passion is to create spaces of safety for people and gently guide them along their personal well-being journey. To help heal wounds and past traumas, to provide the gentle nudge to help one get unstuck in their life path or career, and help ignite one’s own source of inspiration, hope and resilience, whilst always being a gentle, present guide.

Rachel is a qualified practitioner of Mindfulness Based Cognitive Therapy & positive psychology with the Irish Mindfulness Academy. She completed her training in breathwork & somatic yoga in Rishikesh, India.
