Once a plan is purchased, you must book a specific class to secure your spot. Cancellations are allowed up to 24 hours before the scheduled class for a full refund; cancellations made within 24 hours are non-refundable. Plans and bookings are non-transferable and must be used by the purchaser only. No refunds are issued for late cancellations or unused sessions
